Understanding license/tax when starting out

Hello All,

I want to rebrand some wholesale products and sell on amazon. Want to be clear on the license and tax points, so thought I’d lump these questions all at once:

Do I need an LLC?

If not, is sole proprietorship something I need to register for?

Should I register amazon sellers as an individual or business?
